Members need clear, accessible ways to understand their coverage, access care, and manage healthcare-related tasks. The challenge was to simplify both experiences while maintaining consistency across the broader platform.
We designed around the people using the platform. We reworked the structure and visual experience of the employer dashboard and mobile member application.
Our focus was on simplifying navigation, improving information hierarchy, making important actions easier to find, and creating consistent interaction patterns.
A scalable design system helped connect different parts of the product while supporting continued development.
