hyperstretcher

hyperstretcher is an innovative, bluetooth-enabled medical device designed to aid recovery from nerve damage in fingers. by applying controlled strain via a fingertip suction mechanism, the device supports a unique and effective therapy method for restoring nerve function. the companion mobile app was created to extend core functionality to patients.
the goal was to design a mobile app experience that’s accessible, engaging, and medically relevant, while supporting both hardware-integrated and standalone use cases.

the product had no existing mobile interface, so we were responsible for designing the app from scratch - from the strategy to overall ui design. client wanted to have a sleek, minimalistic, ideally dark theme.
decision: we defined the full app structure and created low-fidelity wireframes based on the brief and the drafts, provided by the client, conducted style research and created tech-forward aesthetic that balanced medical functionality with modern app expectations
