Too much functionality. Not enough clarity.
The interface presented numerous controls without a clear hierarchy, making it difficult to navigate between essential and advanced functionality. The product needed a more approachable experience without limiting the capabilities expected by experienced users.
We organized complexity around different levels of expertise. We conducted a UX audit, explored competing products, and restructured the interface around clearer workflows.
The experience introduced more distinct approaches for beginners and advanced users, supported by contextual guidance and a more consistent visual system.
We also refreshed the brand identity and designed a landing page to communicate the product's capabilities.
